Safeguarding

At Strathaven Evangelical Church we take seriously our responsibility to provide a safe and caring environment for children, young people and vulnerable adults, recognising their rights to be protected from abuses and exploitation. We have therefore adopted a Safeguarding Policy and associated Procedures based on safeguarding standards published by the Christian Safeguarding Services (CSS). We also participate in Disclosure Scotland's Protecting Vulnerable Groups Scheme.
